MS Outlook XP

I’ve been studying for my Outlook XP exam the last few weeks. It’s the first time I’ve used the program, and I’ve now come to the conclusion that it’s one of the worst programs put out by a superbig corporation I’ve ever seen. Call it the “Man, I have to go through another screen to _____?” factor. Outlook is the clearest example of application bloat I can think of. From the endless array of menus, windows, tabs, and forms to the bizarre Rules Wizard, I can’t believe anybody uses more than 10% of this beast. And, that unused 90% of the program makes that small 10% all the trickier to navigate and use. God, let me pass this test so I can never use this damn program again (hopefully).
